Yoga

A part of our weekly routine is Friday’s yoga class for children. Kids learn basic asanas, try their best with the help of the teacher and spend time learning how to calm down, focus and relax. Science has proven that yoga can provide tools for children and young people to remain centered or regain focus, so they may cope with the stress and challenges they experience in their everyday lives.
